  I recently bought a 2026 ram 1500 From molle they have the best prices in the Kansas City area I went to multiple different dealerships before purchasing my truck and they put together the best deal by far and all the sales people I worked with are some of the nicest people even when I test drove multiple different vehicles and made multiple trips to the dealership before making my decision was never forced to make a decision.

  Had a def problem in middle of pulling a camper on vacation. Stopped to have checked and they went above and beyond finding the part and installing it so we could continue our trip. Extremely helpful and went out of there way for an emergency. Would stop if in the area and next time looking for a vehicle will also go there.

  This is how it should work! Great begining price on purchase, no back and forth on price, very fair offer for trade, financial was not pushy on additions. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend! Fast, easy, stress free experience! I love my new Durango!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience with this dealership. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and everything was handled professionally. Mark was excellent to work with—responsive, straightforward, and easy to deal with. He stayed on top of everything and made sure the process kept moving without any confusion or pressure. Really appreciate the communication and how easy they made the entire transaction. Would definitely recommend and would do business with them again.

  I brought my vehical 2/17/26. Three days later I had to take it back because of my breaks and they said they fixed it. But before I even made my first payment I had to take it back to the shop. And they wanted me to pay to get it fixed. They wanted me to pay for the labor and they was going to pay for the parts. Note I had to pay almost $2000.00 dollars within 45 days. And they wanted me to pay whatever they was going to charge me. And when I went to go get a second oppion they was going to charge me almost $1500.00 dollars. Like I have $3500.00 dollars just to give away within 45 days. I'm still paying out of pocket to mix the car they sold me. And when I tell people what I have been going though with MAX FORD. I can't believe they would treat a person like me like this. I'm single, black, and I'm not working at this time. So I can afford to keep putting money into a car I just brought. And I had to fix my rotors already. Evan was NO help. He is just a sellsmen and his goal ia to sell and not tell you everthing about what you are buying. Or to make sure it runs. Just as long as it is not on hhis lot. They wanted me to not be truthful with the DMV in Richmond, Mo. about my mileage. Saying I brought it with about 85,000 miles? when I brought it with about 91,000 miles? on it. I knew I had a recall on a part for my car and they said they would call me when the part comes in. Well guess what? It is 4/9/26 and guess who called me about my recall part? Blue Springs Ford and they want to put my part on next week. Is Max Ford treating me like this because they just wanted my money? Because I'm a women? Because I didn't have a man with me? Or what? But I will never send anyone to buy a car from MAX FORD IN RICHMOND, MO.
