Failed to service air pressure in tires at time of service, even though requesting 35 psi in tires that were low. Left oil residue on passenger side quarter panel. Also oil drips left on top of air filter assembly inside engine compartment. Had to return to have all work checked again. Not returning as questionable work quality requires return trip.

I know these types of places are more expensive, but with a coupon it cuts that cost enough that the convenience is worth that little bit more. The fact they have no override at the store level to correct their own website coupon issues just floors me. Do better Valvoline.

So I call and it’s recording that says thanks for calling says some on Spanish and that’s it. Granted it New Year how about changing Google on reflect store hours during holiday and maybe hire Siri to do better messaging on your service.

I am so impressed by their phenomenal attitudes and teamwork despite being short staffed and having some unexpected challenges! Thank you all of your care and hard work!

Sat in the vehicle while service was performed employees called out exactly what they were doing and status of fluids being checked and replaced. Even management was involved with checking off certain procedures. Overall I was very impressed with my simple oil change and tire rotation. Definitely will be sharing this experience with family and friends. Shout out to Angel for his team. DM’s you need to hear when your district is winning customers for the company. GREAT JOB ANGEL I definitely was impressed. IF I HAD A COMPLAINT my only one would be that they need to be using extended life filters for full synthetic oil changes.
