And if they are to cause a problem they do not take responsibility i brought in a 2014 ford escape which i normally do my own oil changes on but I was going out of town a did not have time to do it. So I brought it to them for just an oil change and they took it upon themselves to check my air filter. No harm its alright but I told them I was not interested so they went to put the cover back on and I watched them take an impact to the plastic threads and stripped it out completely. When I brought it up to them, they had just said "it was already like that" which it was not.. so now I get to spend my money to fix something they messed up and refused to take responsibility for 0/10 on customer service if i could do 0 starts on this rating if i could. I will never be returning to valvoline for any reason.

And they don’t accept the AARP or Amazon employee discounts. That’s $15 or 15% depending on which is applied. Disappointing. And they keep sending promotional coupons via email that are good for only 1 week after receipt. Given there are 4 other quick change oil places within 1.5 miles of this location, they need to get a heck of a lot more competitive on pricing.

I called ahead to make sure they did tire rotations, told the guy that came out when i pulled up that’s what i needed and after waiting an hour and a half, i pull into the bay only to be told they don’t have enough staff to do it. If someone had told me ahead of waiting all that time, I would have gone somewhere else. A discount on an oil change doesn’t make up for how frustrating of an experience that was. I’ll be sure to avoid Valvoline places in the future.

Her oil change was done in med September; just before a trip to South West Oklahoma. Today I wanted to check the battery terminals for corrosion. While checking that, I discovered that the engine air filter box was left wide open. The last person to be in there were the employees of Belton Vavloline. Now I know why my engine didn't sound and perform correctly. I will not longer go here for service. Totally unacceptable.

My only complaint is that Valvoline services as SO expensive. For example, it is an extra $30 to add a tire rotation. If I went to a local shop, this service would have been included in the cost of my oil change, for very little to no extra charge. With that being said, unless something changes, Valvoline is just best for me to visit if I'm in a time crunch.
