I should have asked the cost because sadly even the Chevy dealership charges less, as does my regular mechanic. I decided to give them a try based on reviews. A full synthetic oil change would be $101 without the coupon, took it down to around $80. Again, I really thought the staff was excellent and the service was great, but I can get full synthetic for less. It's not a bad place if you're one that has a hectic schedule and I might possibly use them again if needed, but the cost is a bit much for me

- JVJorge VeytiaOct 24, 20255.0My wife Marylou and I had gone to two other locations, and no one came out to greet us, as a matter of fact one one location opposite Costco in Independence, I walked into the office to ask if we could get service, 3 guys standing in the office on their phones I even coughed to get their attention.. didn’t even look up So I walked out and aske my wife let’s go to the Belton location where we have been going when living there, it was worth the trip. We arrived and pulled up to the building, and a young man came onto greet us immediately with a great friendly smile. So we where directed to drive our vehicle in and Anthony was our service technician, what a refreshing difference all smiles and polite, plus my wife received a rose from Anthony, then the Mgr Josh came over and my wife thanked him and the staff , Great attentive service! We already referred a friend to go see you folks, and will continue to refer more people! Thank you all!😎😎❤️
