  Clean, organized, well stocked, coffee bar fully functional with a wide range of creamers to add….best QT I’ve been to. This should be how all Quiktrips are! The one on Vandeventer & Choteau needs to take notes 😂

  I just came out of this location and there is an associate (Black female w/locs) that I feel needs some instruction on how to talk to the customers or something. She is very verbally aggressive when directing the customer traffic to the registers. Her tone came off abrasive and rude...ijs...and I overheard her talking to a customer regarding a misunderstanding with a purchase and IMO she seemed hostile towards the customer when trying to figure out the issue and solution to the problem. I just think her aggressive behavior will be misconstrued by a customer and lead to an altercation. She is rushed, like she was on a timer or something...it just wasnt a good look from what I saw. On the other hand there was a gentleman working in the kitchen area who was very polite, which is the norm for him. I see him in there often, and his mannerisms are always professional and courteous which is why I gave 2 stars instead of one. Edit: If I walk into the store and purchase gas for a certain amount using my cc I expect to recieve the amount of gas I purchased. To have the pump stop at some random amount without a VALID reason is unacceptable. Then when I try to get assistance from an associate and only met with attitude adds fuel to the fire. Luckily the amount was for a small amount but its still wrong becuz had it been a large amount I woukd have to wait for the difference to be credited back on my card. Its just an unnecessary hassle that a customer has to deal with that none of the store associate seem to be concerned with. Im not sure what exactly is going on with this location but the service has turned into garbage which is not necessarily the norm. Do Better!!!!
