    I was extremely impressed with how helpful, professional, and quick they were. I thought it was a one off when I picked up the car from Vinny but when I returned the car, the staff was just as great.

    The best Enterprise my wife and I have encountered since moving to Chesterfield. We rent often and will be back. Glad to have found a great location that we will now continue to rent from. They have great vehicles and treat you like a priority when you are there. We have been renting monthly rentals for the last 6 months from a different branch in STL and have always had issues. We will continue to use this branch instead. Thank you for providing great service.

    I had an issue with my rental reservation, which made things pretty stressful at first. However, Vinny completely turned the experience around. He was incredibly helpful, stayed on top of everything, and made sure the situation was resolved smoothly. He was kind, personable, and genuinely reassuring throughout the entire process, which made a huge difference! Customer service like that does not go unnoticed. I truly cannot recommend this location enough. Thank you again, Vinny!

    Needed a rental after my car was totaled. The other person's insurance covered the bill. Alec and the rest of the staff were extremely professional, nice to deal with, explained everything well. I ended up in a super nice rental with low mileage. The whole experience was extremely pleasant in an otherwise difficult situation with my own vehicle. Would definitely come back to this location. A++++++++
