- SFShannon F2 days ago2.0First time here recently. Was upsold to the most expensive wash ($25) plus a free trial for 30 days. Sure, why not. This wash took literally 30 seconds and my wheels have *never* been filthier. I mean, it's laughable that I had to re-wash the car elsewhere to get the wheels clean. This has never happened at any car wash in my life, so I just had to laugh and move on. I won't be back.

Also, the car wash didn't really do that great of a job. My car still has some dirty spots. Just wish they would at least treat their customers better!

- TBTony BarberSep 30, 20251.0Back on July 13, 2025, the carwash spinners ripped off my back wiper. Immediately went inside, guys took down my info, and said they would contact me with a fix. I’ve never been contacted about a fix, or anything else. I’ve canceled my membership since then and have no plans on going back. I understand this sort of thing is out of the ordinary, but if you ever have damage from the carwash, don’t expect any help.
