    Rented a car here on a Sunday — the line was quite long, but the manager was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible. Even though I ended up with an older vehicle, the manager handled the situation professionally and offered a partial refund without hesitation. His positive attitude and genuine effort made a big difference. Great customer service despite the unavoidable delays — I’d definitely rent from Enterprise again thanks to this manager’s dedication and care.
