I am extremely disappointed with the Service Technician that aggressively pushed an unnecessary Brake Fluid procedure on my 93 year old father and 88 year old mother! An oil change is all that was needed. Shame on Bommarito Nissan for taking advantage of a this situation. They will no longer have their car serviced at Bommarito Nissan.

Then what probably took 15 minutes to fix (literally plugging in a window motor that you told them to check, and that somehow was unplugged), turned into 2 hours of waiting and a price tag that was a little steep for such a simple fix. I waited far less for much harder fixes.
