Great 5 star experience! No haggle, stress free deal for a fantastic low, low miles truck. Matt was totally laid back, well informed and easy to communicate with. All support staff equally impressive with zero pressure. I walked in not prepared to drive home in a new vehicle but they made me a sweet offer I couldn't refuse. I would say in my nearly 60 years of buying cars, they were the best! Definitely would return and recommend to anyone.

I bought a used Nissan from another dealership, but the records on it were nonexistent. Bommarito Nissan Ballwin had the best reviews compared to another Nissan dealership much closer. I'm happy I made the longer drive.
Greg in service was awesome. He provided me with quick and accurate service. More importantly, he kept me up to date and called me when he said he would. That's seems to be a rare thing in my opinion. I got my car back with all the work done that was necessary, and the pricing was fair. The service reception bay was remarkably clean which stuck out to me as I've seen some really filthy service reception areas across the other brands of cars I've owned.
I'll also add that their parts department is awesome. I bought several items online through their parts department before I brought my car in for its first service. Everything was priced exceptionally well and arrived at my home insanely fast.

Worst dealership ever! I bought a car 2 years ago and they still hold the title! Beware or thieves. Don’t buy from them or you will continue to have issues getting your car title! All I want is my title! Way to go Bommarita Nissan in loving an elderly woman who is single with no way to get to medical appointments or get her meds! Way to take advantage of an elderly woman!

I purchased a brand-new 2025 Nissan Rogue Rock Creek from Bommarito Nissan Ballwin just 10 months ago, and the experience since then has been incredibly disappointing. Last night, the car suddenly suffered a major engine malfunction while driving on Manchester—power reduced, warning lights came on, and the vehicle stalled.
I immediately tried to contact their service department for help and spent almost 2 hours (3:50 pm–5:50 pm) calling repeatedly with no answer. I left a voicemail, then drove to their dealership before closing to explain the situation in person. Instead of any sense of urgency or support, I was simply told to tow the car in and that they wouldn’t even look at it until Monday — 6 days from now.
To make things worse, they refused to provide any kind of loaner or courtesy vehicle, claiming they only have four cars available for customers—even though their sales lot is full of vehicles. For a dealership of this size, that excuse is unacceptable.
To put things into perspective: when I serviced my Honda Pilot at Frank Leta Honda in O’Fallon, they let me drive any vehicle from their showroom while my car was in for a basic oil change and windshield replacement. That’s what real customer service looks like.
I’ve bought three brand-new vehicles in the past two years, and the service I’ve received from Bommarito Nissan has been by far the worst. I couldn’t reach a service manager by phone or even in person. The lack of communication, care, and responsibility is shocking for a dealership that advertises customer satisfaction.
Buying a car should give you peace of mind, not constant stress. Sadly, Bommarito Nissan Ballwin has given me the opposite. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Their customer service has been unreliable, unresponsive, and simply not up to the standard expected when purchasing a new vehicle.
