    I found a suv I planned to purchase. I have a lot of “check off items” and a price I want to stay at or under. This car had it all and set up a test drive for today at 5pm. Came home got my hand and drove all the way there to find out it sold YESTERDAY. Patrick said he emailed me but I have no email in our email chain and only a email asking if I was interested in anything else. Very upset that the car I was excited to purchase today was sold and he seemed just not interested in dealing with us or even asking if there was anyway to fix the situation. If I didn’t email back why not CALL me you have my number in the system. Why waste my time, maybe hoping I’d make the drive and when told my car wasn’t there try to upsell me a higher price car I’m guessing. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing any cars from that dealship in the future. Very poor customer service.

    Was connected with Mike through the website chat and then met in person to look at a few cars. He was very personable, answered our questions, and most importantly, took his time with us and helped us sort out the differences in the cars we liked. We wound up buying the car and were glad Mike helped us out by making the process as easy as possible. Would recommend Bommarito Nissan and Mike B. If you are looking for a new or used car.
