  Oil change and tire rotation and left cabin filter for them to put in for me. Disappointing that tire pressure wasn't checked. One was 31 one 36, one 38 and other different. Went to different Dobbs today to fix. Also no one said my air filter needed replacement but the car info said it needed to be. Service was ok I assume. I will know after I drive a few hundred miles.

  We have been long time (20+ years) customers of Dobbs, but after our last experience, we will no longer be patronizing the business. Having the manager literally screaming at my wife is totally unacceptable. Dobbs needs to have some customer service training.

  Dropped car off at 8am Friday morning. Was told they were short a technician and they might not get to it Friday. At end of day Saturday I get a phone call saying they couldn’t get to it Saturday either. Closed on Sunday. An hour before end of business Monday I finally get a call with a diagnosis for the exhaust leak I took it in for. They inform me that they are unable to repair it and I need to take it to an exhaust shop. Then had to pay a $200 diagnostic fee. Spent $500 to get repaired at Meineke. Not going back to Dobbs. Advertise same day service that never happens anymore and overcharge diagnostic fees.

  Dobbs was quick and professional. We were on our way out of town and discovered a tire losing air. We were out with repaired tire in just a little over an hour. Thanks!

  I've been a customer for over 10 years and they are so good BUT I made an 8:00 a.m. appointment online for an oil change. Got there a few minutes before 8 and they took my car back at 8:50. I got my car back at 10:00 a.m. Don't know why they book appointments online?
