  I visited Valvoline today for an oil change and upon pulling up they notified me their servers were fried last night from their storms. All checking in of your vehicle, customer info, calculation of the services, taxes, etc. had to be logged by hand. The staff not only were patient, polite, calm and helpful but I was still in and out within less than 30 min. Kudos to their staff for remaining patient even with a huge money wrench to their day!

  I had an outstanding experience thanks to Damien, the assistant manager. Not only did he make sure my oil change was handled efficiently, but he also took the time to walk me through exactly what was being done and why it mattered. That level of transparency and education is rare and truly appreciated. Damien went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and informed about my vehicle. Exceptional service like this definitely earns my trust and future business.

  The most unsatisfactory experience I have ever had. The service center only performs oil changes and lacks knowledge about checking other fluid levels. They informed me that the transmission fluid cannot be checked because it is a sealed transmission. However, I was able to check the fluid at Plaza Tire, which is conveniently located across the street, in just a minute. Towards the end of the service, they were unable to accurately fill the oil to the correct level, requiring me to add quarts of oil manually. To make matters worse, I was double-charged, and it took three days for the charge to be corrected on my bank account. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Valvoline in Arnold. Instead, I recommend taking your car or truck to Plaza Tire, which is located directly across the street. They provide superior service at the same price and perform significantly better work. I will never again trust Valvoline in Arnold.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Richardson and Vogel. The service was quick, professional, and very well organized. Cheryl took really good care of me and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Ciera was also impressive—very young, professional, and knowledgeable. It’s always great to see that level of customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area!

  I was first in line waiting on a car being worked on infront of me. Waited 40 minutes to get in then the oil change took about 25 minutes even after I told them not to worry about checking the air filters. Then turns out they didnt top off my washer fluid so I dont know if they stopped doing that or just didnt feel like it the day I went. I usually go to a different location but I was in the area. I won't be returning to that location again.
