They said they couldn't do my tire rotating because a lug was stuck. That's OK understandable there were a few people that got ahead of me in the line. I don't understand how they were moving us around. That was a little frustrating waiting really long but I can deal with that. The part that frustrates me the most is after I got my oil change and they told me that they couldn't do my tire rotation. I was having troubles on my way home and come to find out I arrive home and my oil is bone dry nothing inside, and my car is completely leaked of any fluid and in my engine is completely covered in oil. There was no telling me oil was pulling up on my engine and all over my car this should and probably will end me suing I don't know how else this is insane I pay 150 dollars for something to just completely leak and blow up in my car
