  I had the most pleasant experience here. Despite the long wait (because I came during a busy time and right before the holiday), it was still the best experience. Damian was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I became agitated at the wait time but Damian’s costumer service made it impossible to stay frustrated. In fact, I left with a smile on my face. Logan was also very kind and worked in a well paced manner. I’m genuinely impressed and had to leave a review because they were so busy and had back to back cars for a long while yet Damian still maintained his enthusiasm. By FAR the best costumer service experience I’ve had a in a long while, shocked that of all places to experience such professionalism and kindness was at Valvoline. I never leave google reviews but I am that blown away I had to this time. Thank you guys!

  Arnold Valvoline does great service. They are friendly and know what the are talking about. They don’t oversell and help the customer out. Cheryl, Isaac and Austin all worked on our car and help us understand what they did on the car.

  This location is my go to for oil changes however wait time is about an hour lately. It appears they are short staffed. I will be just sitting in the middle of getting an oil change with periods of noone doing anything to my car. They do one thing then go over to another car. Then I'm sitting waiting to continue with my oil change. That is why they get so backed up. Short staff is my conclusion. The last 3 visits had extreme long wait times which debunks in and out service while you wait in your car that Valvoline advertises.

  I was really impressed by the staff at this particular Valvoline. They were very timely in greeting me when I pulled up and very respectful in every interaction. The entire staff wasthorough and advised not only did I have a oil leak on my passenger side, but I also had a nail in my back passenger tire I was unaware of. I was just very pleased with the level of service that I experienced and I think this staff at this particular location deserves accolade in whatever form that exists this organization. Great work guys!

  Went in for an oil change, the process lasted longer than the quality of their work. They incorrectly put on my base plate which caused it to fly off on the highway. I was told to come back after calling and they would fix it. I got there and they weren't able to, told me they would order a new one and it would be in within 2 days and to come back. I went back 2 days later and it was never ordered. They ordered the part and told me to come back at the end of the week. I called at the end of the week and they said they had the part, to come back in. I went back in and they ordered the wrong part. They ordered and got the correct part and couldnt get it back on. I was sent to Christian Brother's (people that know what they're doing) I asked Valvoline before leaving for a refund and was told it was processed. I called 2 weeks later when i never recieved my refund and they told me it was processed again, they were magicians. They never even needed my name or card info to run the refund. Shockingly enough I never recieved it. I called again and you guessed it-- no refund. Helen Keller could have done a better job which says a lot considering she's blind, deaf and dead.
