He tried to tell my teenage daughter that she had one price and that was it. She told him it was too expensive and she would go elsewhere. My husband called to see if this was the case and all of a sudden the tires could be cheaper. This man calls my daughter back saying “was that your husband I spoke to because he was trippin’” and then told her he could do the tires for cheaper. This man saw an opportunity to prey on a teenage girl and saw $ when the BMW came in. Do better! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DAN!

I go in there on time ready to go, and they said no we can’t fulfill your appointment that you made prior with us because we’re busy. What’s the point of an appointment system if you’re not gonna follow it? Very aggravating given I don’t live right next-door to these guys and just wasted my Saturday morning driving around. I understand businesses get busy, in fact that’s a good thing, but if I make a doctors appointment and I show up on time, guess who’s going to see me because I made an appointment? Should be no different when you’re making an appointment with businesses.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who assured me my appointment time would be kept as close as possible with many people already there.
