- PBPaige BDec 31, 20252.0***THERES A REASON THIS LOCATION ISNT VERY BUSY - JUST SAYIN I LEARNED THAT THE HARD WAY*** I just bought a car a Buick Encores 2016 NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS AGO that is currently under 60,000 miles and had an oil change 12/18/2025 at the Arnold MO location. My car began slowly leaking small puddles of oil and I brought it back about a week or so later. The gentleman at the Jiffy Lube in Arnold told me it was a bad gasket and replaced it at no charge and sent me on my way. After that I still noticed oil coming from the car when I parked anywhere. I went back to the same Jiffy Lube on 12/30/2025 where 2 different gentleman looked at my car and told me it was a Rear Main Seal that had blown - again the car is under 60,000 miles and those seals usually dont blow until around 80,000 miles OR if the oil is overfilled when refilling from an oil change. I am not sure how much it will be to replace just yet - the District Manager wasnt very interested in helping the main manager at the arnold JL location to give me a ballpark price and was more interested in yelling at him for disturbing his PTO time. I was then told I can submit a claim but there was no way for me to prove they overfilled the oil and my claim would be denied. While I will be shopping around for quotes and I expect this to be addressed and fixed speedily so my seal doesnt blow the rest of the way seize up while I am driving - that'll be a lawsuit if I'm injured due to Jiffy Lubes negligence. **Also the main reason I am posting this feedback here is because the website is utter TRASH to submit a claim.

My car is old and needs a lot of TLC. They gave me advice on touch up paint as well. Made sure I got my discount too! Really awesome and made sure I knew that I could get an oil top off when I need it next.
