  They repaired my car after an accident. Everything went seamlessly. Customer service and communication were great. The quality of work looks top-notch, also. Would definitely recommend.

  I tried to call Gerber glass and collision off Google and got a very rude lady that basically hung up on me. I was just trying to ask about the price for a windshield replacement. She said this is the sister company to Glass America.

  If there was a way for me to leave no stars, I would. This place has been nothing but a headache since I started doing business with them. They were my preferred place of business through my insurance company, and I hope that after this, they won't be. When I picked up my truck after getting the initial hail damage fixed from the March tornadoes that hit Arnold, I noticed that they missed some hail damage, they didn't replace the back cover over the bed of my truck, and that my hood was covered in scratches. Once asked about all of this, they accused me of scratching the hood myself through a carwash and claimed that they didn't know where to get the back cover from but could order it and replace it in the future. Would a phone call have been difficult, or googling a back cover? After talking with the manager and my insurance company, they took responsibility for scratching my hood during the final cleaning of my truck with a brush and would fix it when the back cover came in. Their solution was to buff out the scratches, which I stated was not a good enough solution because they were going to have trouble getting them out. They stated the back cover would be in in a week and they would call me to set up an appointment to replace that and fix the scratches and the rest of the damage. Over a week goes by and crickets from this company, so finally I call them, and they state that the cover is in, but they are down a painter so my appointment will not be until May 12. Keep in mind this is almost two months after the initial tornadoes hit. The day I dropped my truck off, they told me it would take one day to fix everything. Later that afternoon, they say because of the weather they'd like to keep it another day to check their work in the sunlight. The next day they call and say that they didn't get all the scratches out and it needs to stay another day. My vehicle was ready at the end of the day on the third day, but because I didn't account for it being away for three days, since I was originally told one day, I wasn't able to pick it up until the fourth day because of a work event. When I finally picked it up, the hood was completely covered in pollen. It's a bit hard to inspect a vehicle for scratches if it's dirty, right? When I asked if there was something I could use to wipe it off, I was met with a smart-ass remark "Well you wouldn't want us to scratch it again". These men here are completely unprofessional and don't take accountability for their work. And after all that...my front fender still has hail damage that they didn't fix lol. Don't take your vehicles here unless you want your deductible to go towards more damage.

  Repeat Costumer! Will always come back! Excellent service. Went in for a seat belt repair and it turned out, that they were able to fix it without putting in the new part.....Customer service was an A+ First class service!

  These people are great! After talking to many collision centers, Kris really impressed me! She was so helpful and kind during the whole process. I was kept updated and the staff did everything they could do make the best experience for me! I would recommend them to anyone and they have my business in the future.
