- MLMark Lohse5 days ago1.0I had a reservation at this enterprise location on December 10th for a car for a out of town work trip. The people were very nice, but they did not have any cars. So they cannot hold the reservation, which is important. I sat there for an hour and a half, waiting to see if the employees could snag a car from other enterprise locations, unsuccessfully. The person ahead of me was in the same boat, so they did drive us both home. Their system is broken, so be careful@

I was literally in the midst of canceling my rental when the young man said your car is here now.( it was 3 minutes after I arrived until the car was ready). I walked out to the car. The young man followed me out and told the young lady that he would handle the customary walk around before signing off. Let's start with the outside. The car had not been washed. Sorry, no excuse which I was issed an excuse. Now the interior. The seats were heavily stained. The floor board was a nasty mess. This in my opinion a gross representation of the brand of enterprise and what they use to be to me. I expect a car that you are renting would be clean. No excuses of not having a detailer should ever be conveyed to the customer. Excuses are for the weak and should never be a reason. We are so disappointed.

When I arrived, the line was long and Grace was the only staff member working. Despite the freezing weather, snow, and rain, she was doing it all, going outside to bring up cars, clearing snow off vehicles, making sure everything was clean and ready, then coming back in to greet each customer with a smile. Grace handled the entire workload with patience, professionalism, and incredible dedication. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you, Grace, for your hard work and commitment. You truly went above and beyond!
