When we finally made it to the Richardson Road store, we were lucky enough to meet Andrea who really knows her stuff! She did a battery, starter, and alternator checks. She found our issue and could not have been more helpful! This young lady is manager material because she is a Pro at customer service! Thank you Andrea. (We did make it all the way home that night)
