  I took my car in for some routine maintenance and was really impressed with the service. The staff was friendly and the work was done faster than I expected. Definitely coming back for any future repairs!

  Colby was amazing along with Mike. We called about getting an emissions and some other inspection done in order to transfer a title of our out of state car. My uncle was in from another state and we were pressed for time. They were so accommodating and pleasant! They got us right in and didn't think twice. Highly recommend coming to Dobbs on Jeffco and giving Colby your business! We will be coming back for sure!!

  Have had nothing but great experiences here at Dobbs until today. Was told I didn’t need an appointment to get a simple tire rotation and to go ahead and “bring it in” Friday morning. Dropped off at 8:45am. Called multiple times to get an estimate on completion, and could not get a straight answer from anyone. Showed up at 4:45pm and the service still was not completed. Will not be back.

  Absolutely disgusting team of representatives. I would not recommend taking your car to them. Keith was extremely rude and condescending to me and my daughter. He has no idea what he is talking about. He asked why I brought it to them, and I said I thought they were a reputable place sine they are affiliates with Goodyear. I called my mechanic in Spgfd MO who works for a Corporate Goodyear Repair Facility, and he said that Keith and his team did not know what he was talking about. Keith told me my engine needed an Oil Flush (which they call a Purge to sound like its something different) and Oil Change when my engine died. He said this is the only way to save my engine. They said there were pieces of metal in my oil, which there wasn't. (If there was, when I checked the oil and had it on my fingers, I would have seen them and that would have cut me). They charged me for a diagnostic change that cost me more than the actual repair itself. Since they don't know what they are doing, you would be wise not to take your car there. They thought they could scam a woman who is 55+. Little did they know...
