He figured out immediately what was wrong with my car, quickly and with a smile. Walked me through which oil to get and showed a girl with no car knowledge how to do it myself! Most-recently the woman working didn’t know how to even redeem my AutoZone points (I’m there a lot, and have three cars) and just today I brought in some oil that I was PAYING TO DISPOSE OF and I got chastised by the employee for not bringing it in a sealed gallon container. Between this store not having a clue about vehicles and now getting reprimanded for HOW I brought used oil in, I think I’ll just go right next door and use O’Reilley’s. More-knowledgeable, more-friendly, more stock, and they will dispose of my oil however I bring it in.
