    Edin was above and beyond with every part of my service was very knowledgeable, impatient with my questions. Physically came outside to show me where it’s a part of my car that needed the repair was and walked me through how to do it at home if I needed to, and gave me a recommendation to a trusted mechanic Normally don’t have this type of experience at a woman in an auto body shop very very, very pleased! 10. Stars to Edin!

    Who ever this guy is and his buddy are very unprofessional and rude. I see in past reviews people have specifically mentioned him multiple times. Picture is from others who left reviews. Why is he and his buddy even still allowed to work here with such a bad reputation. It’s also bad enough that another store employee at a better location does not recommend you even come here based of him and others who work here. The guy pictured has an attitude problem along with his buddy who usually works with him. He won’t accept digital receipts, acts like finding a part is an inconvenience, and hardly actually helps you. His buddy just told me a part isn’t available and when I asked if the Kirkwood location has it, he told me no, which he lied to me about. The Kirkwood location did have the part and told me how problematic this guy and his buddy are to him, customers, and employees. Just go to the O’Riellys next door where the employees are nicer and that store will likely have the part you need unlike this place.

    Went in to get oil for my car , turned out to be a money bucket . And a way to take Advantage of a younger woman . Edin was not helpful . He made me think he was helping me with my car , no he messed up my engine by putting too much oil in the car . I do NOT recommend coming to this location. They were very rude . Would not help me after I asked them to look at it . Nothing . And slammed the door in my face . Do not come here . They are rude and just want your money and will take advantage.

    Edin literally saved my life! I have been using a portable car battery jumper for a couple of weeks (maybe more). Car wouldn’t start at the beginning of that sub zero freeze we had but when the weather warmed up, it was fine. Until it wasn’t! Once i had enough money to get a new battery i stopped in here. Amar was very nice and understanding and tried to help me with the battery i chose which they didn’t have in stock. So he was making calls to another location that had one remaining battery in stock to let them know I’m coming. That’s when Edin suggested another, better battery for just $20 more. I learned (and so did Amar) that my car, a 2018 nissan rogue has a crazy amount of electric components and systems and the battery I chose due to cost would only last me a year before I would have to replace it again! I am so glad I got the advice and purchased a better product for just a little bit more money along with a whole lot of assurance and confidence! Edin removed the old battery and put the new one in, offered to check to alternator too. He answered every question I had about stuff I was worried about like my serpentine belt nearing its demise but after checking that too, he said the belt is perfectly fine but sometimes gets dry and squeaks. He educated me about a solution and now I have one thing less to worry about! He even noticed that the rubber part of the motor mount is somewhat worn and suggested that within the year, I get that serviced and offered resources for the repair and maintenance. Because this is my first time going to a shop to do anything regarding my car, I am less than educated on every single requirement, even a simple oil change. He gave me information on the proper products to request at my next oil change and assured me that the car is safe and will last for a long time as long as I follow the maintenance requirements. I really appreciate his advice and kindness and non judgment of my ignorance. Thank you Edin! You are an incredible manager and team leader and I hope Auto Zone knows what an asset you are to the corporation and to the community!!
