When I needed questions answered, I called and the staff was very polite and helpful. I felt so good about my first experience with Midwest. I placed a second order for other parts that I need to complete the repair. The NV3500 is shifting perfectly with the parts I received. I highly recommend Midwest Transmission and would purchase parts again from them.
