- SRShanna RApr 23, 20265.0I went in after work, and closer to closing time. I needed an oil change, and my transmission flushed. Des, Isaiah, and Jay offered such great customer service. They were super helpful, informative and had great positive attitudes. They were a breath of fresh air, and exactly what you look for in a customer service representative!! They went straight to work, While also displaying wanting to learn more if they weren't 100% positive regarding something. You can tell they like their jobs, and we need more of them out there helping the public. I was in and out, and feel confident in the work they did on my vehicle. THANK YOU!

- JRJade RosengrenMar 19, 20263.0This is my usual go to quick oil change place. Most Valvolines I have had the same interactions and they followed what I assume is a step by step vocal call out. Which is a reassurance to me that they are making those checks on all the points of my car. I am unsure if there was a new person, or just shorter staffed/busier than usual. But it took a lot longer in when I was in the bay and also didn't check my lights front and back like they normally have. Not sure if the protocols have changed on those check points. The guys that where there did apologize for the time and tried to make the usual friendly small talk which was appreciated, but it was just an unfortunate experience. I will still be using the Valvoline company just wanted to give some feedback.
