  Very professional and friendly staff. Chris informed us of the entire car purchase process and the documentation we would need in order to ensure a smooth transaction and offer on our vehicle. He was quick to respond to us and flexible with our timeline and schedules. Quinton, the Supervisor was also very kind and funny too! Excellent customer service by this team. Very satisfied with our sale and would recommend this location and team.

  If 10 stars were an option, this company deserves 12!! Everybody I dealt with associated with this company went WAY OVER AND ABOVE to help me out with my situation! Even though at my initial visit I left feeling discouraged, only because of circumstances out of the ordinary in my situation and company policies, they contacted me within an hour of me leaving, then again the next day to let me know they worked on the issue all night and the next day , until they found a solution and were able to complete the process. The Customer Service and professionalism is by far THE ABSOLUTE BEST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED throughout my ENTIRE LIFE! And I truly mean that! Not only did they offer me more for my vehicle then every other company that buys cars,(and I checked with over 15 places) and even during the entire inspection process when certain factors brought the offer down, he made sure to explain why and answered every question and concern I had! And even after showing me what the computer program recommended they offer me for my vehicle, Chris reached out to some associates after 7pm, and we were able to come to a fair final price! If, and when me or anybody I know is looking to sell a vehicle in the future, without question it WILL BE to these guys! Thank You again Chris and Quintin! Please continue doing exactly what u guys do, because YOU’RE AWESOME AT IT!!! Seriously, was BY FAR THE BEST CAR SELLING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
