We asked for a check and they were able to pull codes to find out why the engine light was on. They told us it was something to do with our coolant and sent us on our way. The day before they told us we could do a engine flush but we chose to not do that that day, so the next day we did want to get a flush and now all of a sudden they are telling us they can not do it. However before we even were able to open our mouths and ask any such questions about getting the flush, the old lady manager said out her mouth,” I really am not about to get yelled at today” as we were pulling into the garage and continued to be rude to us and give us dirty looks while we were politely asking questions. The old lady would not listen to anything we were asking and just kept rudely stating they refuse to do the engine flush. And they can not lie because we have video proof in our vehicle showing the whole encounter. There was no need for rudeness. And we spent too much money here for that kind of service we received. Won’t be back. Hope that old lady stops being so miserable,
