They did not take responsibility for the error nor did they replace the part. Called multiple times regarding the claim I submitted with no return calls. Finally a month later on my 3rd call to them was told they denied the claim (never received any kind of notice of this). I used to like the fast service they provided but errors kept occurring with no accountability for what they did wrong. Will not be servicing my vehicle with them anymore.

I was toward the front, and an employee came to my window and said I needed to move because the other car has gotten there first. I was confused since I had gotten there first, and he said he would talk to his coworkers. He never came back to my window and proceeded to guide the other car in before me. So, I promptly left and took my business elsewhere. Funny thing is, is the employee wouldn’t have tried to make me move I wouldn’t have minded them letting the other car go before me, but to do it so sneakily and legitimately gaslight me? No thanks.
- DDdogrsqrSep 25, 20251.0Can I give negative stars? Short on time, I took my 2022 Chevy Tahoe here for an oil change. Yesterday, after coming home from a 50-mile trip, I noticed some partial tire tracks in the driveway. I figured I must have driven through a pool of water ahead of the driveway. When the tracks hadn't dried up after about a hour, I checked and found they were oily. I looked under the truck and saw a small puddle of what looked, felt, and smelled like oil (there wasn't enough clearance for me to crawl under to see where it was coming from). Apparently, while backing out of the garage yesterday morning, one of my tires had rolled through the puddle and left the tracks. It was getting late, so I decided I'd wait to look further into the problem until today. So, this morning, I go out to look, and there's at least a quart of oil on my garage floor. I called my local mechanic, who said he could look at my SUV today. I checked the oil level to make sure there was enough to drive the 3-1/2 miles to his shop, and took it over. He just called and told me that I have two problems: the oil pan drain gasket is leaking and the oil filter is loose. He said that, had the filter come off while I was driving, I'd be looking at needing a new engine. His recommendation was to never take my vehicle anywhere near Valvoline, again. Yeah, I think I'll take that advice.
