  Waited for 40 minutes to get help. Gave up and had to walk the entire store to find somebody.

  I had tried calling the store for 3 days trying to ask about an item that said limited availability in the store, their live chat said they have one, so I tried to call again. No one in the department answered me for the 3 days. I decided to take the long drive and they do not have the item, which is fine. However no answer for 3 days and see employees everywhere just standing around not with customers. Bad service. Waste of my time that could of been fixed by answering their phone
