Super nice, professional and got the job done. This is why I shop here (when the car tells me I need to)!

I came into the store hoping for help, but the staff were extremely unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in assisting at all. I even called earlier and the person on the phone was rude. I honestly don’t know why I came to the Woodbury location—customer service was very poor. In contrast, the Cottage grove location is excellent and the staff there are much nicer and helpful. I will not be visiting the Woodbury store again. If you want to retain customers, significant improvement is needed.

But looking at the reviews it looks like just a week ago they were helping replace batteries for people. Btw…they never even asked what make/model of car so that did not matter. Seems like the people working just didn’t care even though it was cold and we were trying to fix an issue. Will never be back to an Auto Zone!
