    Stood in line for 10+ minutes waiting to get to a cashier. The old man there even made eye contact with me knowing I was waiting for a long time. But decides to help a guy who came in after me. You people need to figure things out. What a waste of time.

    Poor customer service. Stopped by in a pinch for emergency part replacement. Despite empty store, service reps did not lift a finger to help me find what I needed beyond directing me to an aisle number. More interested in socializing with each other than helping out a customer. Next time I will order from another vendor online.

    for reference I'm a young woman. I came in asking to get my check engine light checked out and the man couldn't find where to plug it into my subaru outback and had to ask someone else to help. Then instead of bringing the device inside to look up the diagnostic numbers on the computer, he asked if my dad could help me or that I should just go to a mechanic then sent me on my way. I'm never coming back.
