  I was honestly very disappointed in the customer service I received at Gordies within the last FIFTEEN days, yes 15. I had called and asked them to take a look at my car on 1/18/22. It is now the 2nd of February and I finally have a vehicle. There were some major issues with my car which I am aware takes time, however I was told my car would've been done within the week and again it is now two weeks later. I had to call for updates even after I was told on numerous occasions that someone would call me by the end of the day with an update, come to find out he went home and didn't call me until much later the next day when I had too call AGAIN just to ask for an update and price point. Picking up my car today I was told my grand total would be around 2200. Last week that number 1200. Two days ago was told a part would cost 500 dollars. The lack of communication is ridiculous. I was also disappointed that when talking to the owner, he made me feel like I was in the wrong after his workers had been telling me different information. I'm aware there's other jobs. I'm aware things take time but this was completely ridiculous, I should have been told to get it checked out elsewhere if I wanted my car done in a timely fashion.
