I have an 11th gen Honda civic that they were unable to do an oil change on because their guards stand too high so your car can’t drive into the spot. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be changed immediately. I have been to 5 different valvoline locations probably 15 times this year for an oil change and none of them had this issue. So basically they won’t be able to change your oil on the most commonly owned sedans in the world that should be great for business.
