The car was clean and in great shape. When I dropped off the car I asked for a ride home, James agreed without complaint! James' coworker gave me a ride home and spoke with me all the way home! Very few companies display such amazing customer service nowadays. Keep it up! Enterprise should be proud!

Door was locked and I never received a courtesy call at least informing me that my reservation was either still good or why nobody was there. Not knowing what is going on was stressful on top of what I was already dealing with, plus I was running late on my departure then also. If they offered a decent compensation it would help. At least I could say even after all that, they made up for it by a discount or compensated me with more than just a little gas. I guess time will tell, actions speak louder tgan words sometimes, we’ll see what they do.

I was able to do most of the rental work online at my convenience so when I got to the store it was quick and easy. The guy working was friendly and helpful. The SUV was beautiful and so very nice!
