There wasn’t any pressure to add on services if you didn’t want to which was nice since some places do try to push the add ons. I just moved to the area and will definitely be bringing my car back here for its next oil change!

- MCMichael CriderMar 19, 20261.0This store overfilled my engine on a simple oil change. It caused oil to leak all over my engine and down into my driveway. I brought it back to them twice and they said it was still over filled and didn’t want to correct the issue. The put in a faulty auto zone oil filter as well. This caused over $2000 in damage to my vehicle. Trevor the manager then lied about everything and said my claim is denied. I will never go back to this store due to them having zero accountability when they make multiple mistakes on a simple oil change. Trevor’s boss Riley won’t even come to the phone after I have asked repeatedly for him to call me. They won’t give me any information about Riley or his contact information. I had no idea Valvoline was this bad of a business. I STRONGLY recommend not going to this store because they make mistakes and then lie about what actually happened.
