- RRRApr 9, 20261.0If I could give this zero stars I would. I had a really disappointing experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After spending the entire day at Kia White Bear Lake waiting for my car to be serviced, I walked over feeling completely exhausted and overwhelmed. Right when I walked in and explained that my warranty company covers up to a certain amount for a rental, the woman at the front desk (long brown hair) very rudely responded, “We don’t have a single car here that would be covered for that amount,” while scoffing. The tone and delivery were incredibly dismissive and unkind. I was visibly distressed and just needed a little help after a long, stressful day, but instead I was met with cold, unhelpful behavior and zero empathy. Her mannerisms and attitude made the situation so much worse. After leaving in tears, I looked on their website and found that there are, in fact, multiple vehicles listed within that price range—which made the interaction even more frustrating. Customer service should never make an already difficult day harder, but unfortunately that’s exactly what happened here. I would not return based on this experience.

I was nervous the day before when they didn’t have my full size SUV and we were likely going to end up in a mini van—which would have fit us but not what I wanted. Jake grabbed the vehicle I wanted early in the morning from another location. When I showed up at 8am, it was ready for me (a Wagoneer). Very thankful!!!
