They didn’t use the correct filter. They didn’t check any lights or blinkers. They forced the wrong filter into the compartment (only 10k miles, very unnecessary). No windshield wiper fluid added. Took 1.5 hours. Very incompetent workers. They couldn’t even figure out which was bay 1 and bay 2. It was truly embarrassing. Even I knew which bay was which by the time I was leaving.
