The conveyor belt malfunctioned while my car was inside, causing it to shift crooked, and one of the spinning brushes slammed into my vehicle. They had to shut down the entire wash. I felt the car get pushed and then a hard impact — it was honestly scary. The result? Over $3,000 in damage to my front bumper. What’s even more concerning: the auto shop told me mine was the third car in two weeks they’ve seen damaged from this same location. That’s not a fluke — that’s a pattern. Communication from management has been slow and frustrating. When equipment failures can cause thousands of dollars in damage, there should be immediate accountability and proactive follow-up. Until they address their equipment issues and improve their response process, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. Proceed at your own risk.
