- KKKevin3 days ago5.0I’ve been a loyal customer at this location going on 7 years. The group has always been A+ to me and other customers when I’m in the lobby. The recently went through a management change and it’s been flawless. I can’t single out one employee because honestly any employee that has come and gone from that location is always awesome. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them if the website says they are out. This team will work hard for you to find what you need.

- GCGilberto CastilloOct 28, 20251.0So I had an incident with Enterprise, they want to charge you extra for bigger vehicles that I never requested and still take your deposit and still speak on the phone to you and lie to you and say that you’re gonna get reimbursed it but all they wanted was to charge you I spoke to Tyler He just kept taking me in circles and basically just saying you’re not gonna get your money back. I also asked him I wanted to see a copy of where I had requested a bigger vehicle because I didn’t so just a heads up everybody read your agreement because they can be very sneaky and they are very quick to charge you and they would just pretend like they never charged you just to keep your money. So with all this being said people, if you can avoid the white bear location I would or basically any other places that rent cars. Just make sure you pay attention and take pictures and document everything because they will get you. That’s what they do.

They were slam busy, but both kept a great attitude and treated every customer with kindness and promptness. They did a great job making sure every customer was greeted and informed how long until they could be helped. Also the detailers/cleaners were great too, having to clean and prep cars so quick. Thank you guys so much, would definitely rent from this team again.
