Poor communication, then to find out they had questions regarding my vehicle concerns and rather than contact me to discuss, they just deemed my vehicle as finished and ready for pick up. I did not find out anything about this until I got there to pick up my vehicle. What a joke. There were two issues that were not resolved. One I didn’t find out about until I got home and read the invoice.

We were able to take the car we were interested in for a test ride. He also was able to answer the questions about the financing. The only down side about the final purchase of the car was the length of time we waited to get into see the gentleman who did the final paper work. It took quite a long time to see this person. (Our sales person did come to offer us coffee and a snack while we waited) All in all, we would certainly give Apple Ford White Bear Lake a high rating to anyone who asked us about our experience in dealing your company.
