  Very busy place, but it seemed like once i decided to buy, that i was no longer important. Pushed aside waiting for paperwork and mostly forgotten. I asked if i could leave to handle a few things, like eat, and they said it will just be 5-15 minutes. Over an hour later i finally caught the sales person and they said it will just be a few minutes. I go out to smoke and i got a call they were ready. Well after waiting for the paperwork to be filled out and printed another 15 minutes passed before signing. I showed up at 11:15 and didnt leave until 1:45. I've bought enough vehicles to know, especially when you're pre-qualified, it should be less than an hour. Especially for a used car.

  As a first time Ford buyer, I had a great experience with Apple Ford White Bear Lake. Pete was our lead sales person who welcomed my wife and I who had just dropped in on a very busy Saturday afternoon at their dealership fall '25. We had recently purchased an RV Trailer and wanted to upgrade our towing capability from our Cayenne. Pete was very experienced and helpful to us in selecting special options for our custom build (F350/Tremor/Platinum) and I was happy for the low pressure sales approach....none of the "what is your budget, what would it take to get you into a vehicle today, let me talk to my manager" type stuff. As part of our due diligence, we did competitive bid the build at several other Ford dealerships who were unable to match the quote from Pete at Apple Ford WBL. This made us happy since we already had really good feeling about the dealership in general. The team was also able to obtain an earlier production slot and the vehicle arrived nearly 2 months earlier than we had planned for! Delivery day was fun. We met several other stakeholders at the dealership who were all excellent. They were patient, thorough and took the time to answer questions and prep the vehicle to be 10/10 which also included a couple of small improvements to the tonneau cover function installed by the factory. They have also followed up since the purchase with helpful Ford tips and tricks on the new truck. Overall, I would recommend anyone considering a Ford vehicle to give the folks at Apple Ford WBL strong consideration!

  My wife and I had a 5-star experience at Apple Ford White Bear Lake! Our sales guy, Christian, and our finance guy, Leo, are both top-notch at what they do. Christian is friendly and kind, and he answered my questions about the Ford F-150 knowledgeably and patiently. He paid attention to details. He cared that the process went well for us, including refreshments and checking back with us during the wait for paperwork (it was a busy day at Apple). He also did his own final walk-around and inspection of the F-150 before we took the keys. When he saw some dirt splatters on the doors and fenders after the truck was driven up through the wet lot (hard to avoid with melting snow), he requested another wash from the detailers so we could drive off with a totally clean vehicle. We were so impressed by Christian's extra level of customer service! We also appreciated how Leo helped us when it was time to sign the many pages required for the sale. He made it easy with his clear explanations of the language in the documents and made us feel that our questions were natural and not a bother. Both Christian and Leo were wonderful to work with and are certainly excellent representatives of the Apple Ford White Bear Lake name. We highly recommend them!

  I didn't end up buying a vehicle from here, but thought I'd leave a review anyway. I was in the market for a Dodge Durango and Kyle was the friendliest guy ever. He helped me from the start and assisted through a few months of trying to find exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, I decided to go brand new so we went elsewhere but just wanted to give a shout out to Kyle for being so helpful. Customer service like he gave, is hard to find! :)

  We recently purchased our Ford Explorer with Apple Ford in White Bear and had an excellent experience. Our sales person Ritchie Aboody listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect vehicle. The experience was seamless and they provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend working with them and will definitely be back in the future should we need another car.
