    Reserved and rented a car on 23 Feb 26. Did a quick walk around with the representative and noted scratches on the rear bumper. turns out the UNDERSIDE of the bumper was cracked. You would need to bend over to see it. When I dropped the car off, Enterprise of Galesburg said the damage was under my rental. Cost me $500. DO NOT trust this establishment.

    They delivered a car instead of an SUV as requested. They were upset with me when I told them I needed an SUV. The worker kept saying, "ok, I dont understand whats wrong". The car was filthy; windows were smeared from smoke residue, had not been cleaned inside or outside, with dirt and gravel on drivers side floor. I declined the vehicle and contacted a different car rental who drove 20 miles to pick me up from my home. Not sure what is going on with the Wayzata office, but I received no apology and they wouldn't even acknowledge me when they drove away. Plus, I had done them the favor in agreeing to get the car early because they wanted to leave for lunch. I do not recommend their services.
