Enterprise corporate has tied the hands of their local offices in resolving customer concerns, and their corporate customer service are disrespectful, dismissive and unconcerned with the safety and welfare of their customers stuck in a vehicle of theirs that has not been properly maintained in order to keep the systems functional.
