- HMHeidi MaahsJan 30, 20261.0They delivered a car instead of an SUV as requested. They were upset with me when I told them I needed an SUV. The worker kept saying, "ok, I dont understand whats wrong". The car was filthy; windows were smeared from smoke residue, had not been cleaned inside or outside, with dirt and gravel on drivers side floor. I declined the vehicle and contacted a different car rental who drove 20 miles to pick me up from my home. Not sure what is going on with the Wayzata office, but I received no apology and they wouldn't even acknowledge me when they drove away. Plus, I had done them the favor in agreeing to get the car early because they wanted to leave for lunch. I do not recommend their services.
