    Horrible experience. Started off well. Somebody has our second key and most likely our address. So far zero help from St Cloud Toyota which is allegedly a “great dealer.” Getting the run around on what happened to the second key. It was supposedly on somebody’s desk. Beyond disappointed. Not a good feeling after dropping big money and wondering if it will be in our driveway in the morning St. Cloud Toyota needs to make this right. They lost the second key!!

    Rob at the St Cloud Toyota was so honest, helpful, kind and answered all my questions I asked about my 2010 Toyota Tundra. I have never brought a vehicle to a dealership facility but Rob made me feel like I can trust his company will know how to locate any issues, not to overcharge me and to fix my truck with ease. The work that was done to my Truck was fixed to my satisfaction and I am a very happy I can feel safe driving it. Due to the honest and kind feeling I got from the staff there, I will now continue to bring my truck back when I need maintenance! Thank you Toyota and thank you Rob! Tricia Voigt

    Bought my very first Toyota today!! Excellent service! Jeff our salesmen was excellent to work with, kept in touch and got me a car way quicker then expected, yay me and thanks Jeff. Caleb the finance guy was great to work with as well, explained everything and made sure we understood. Thru out the whole experience I never once felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want. Thank you Jeff, Caleb and the rest of St. Cloud Toyota for making my first purchase and great one!

    We had a great experience with St Cloud Toyota. On the way to our cabin, my husband suggested we stop as it was kind of on the way. I was looking for myself, and was set on a Toyota due to their performance record. As luck would have it, we ended up with Jeff Arndt, one of their salesman! He was the best guy to work with, no pressure but able to answer any and all of our questions. He really listened to what I was looking for, not just trying to upsell any particular vehicle. I rode home in a RAV4 that I absolutely love! Thank you so much Jeff, for just being you, and getting us into a great SUV! Be sure to ask for Jeff if you’re car shopping! Nate in finance, was also good to work with. We are already mentioning St Cloud Toyota to family!😊

    **Edited April 30th 2026: The damage is repaired, and I'm finally satisfied. Thank you St. Cloud Toyota for remaining welcoming toward my perspective and hearing my thoughts on the numerous stages of this process.*** I brought my car in around Nov 5th of 2025 for an intermediate steering shaft replacement. The repair took a day, but when I returned to pick up, I noticed red paint transfer on my black driver door with deep scratching. I immediately brought this to the attention of staff, where a service supervisor walked out with me and examined the damage. He apologized, and assured me that St Cloud Toyota would repair it. We scheduled a buffing appt a day or two later. The supervisor walked with me to inspect the work with me. The scratching was lessened, but still quite noticeable. I pointed this out, and expressed my wish for this damage to be further worked on. He yet again apologized, and suggested another buffing, to which I agreed. It was scheduled at a later date. The damage was still present after the second round of buffing. The same supervisor was with me to assess the work done, and I was still not satisfied. He revealed that there wasn't any more that could be done with attempting to buff it out. I asked what more could be done. He reassured me that things would be made right to correct the damage; he would contact the paint repair tech to set up an appt. December rolled around, and I did receive another call before New Year's. The supervisor was just reassuring me that he hadn't forgotten about me, that things were rather busy at the moment, which I completely understood. He was still going to contact the paint repair technician after New Year's, as they were out through then. I thanked him and waited for the next call. I didn't hear from St Cloud Toyota until late January, perhaps February of 2026, and it was the same supervisor, simply reconnecting and apologizing, that he had been on vacation for some time, and was catching up on everything work-related. I was still okay, but growing more concerned as quite a bit of time had passed between him contacting me. Since late February to this time I'm typing this in April of 2026, I have tried unsuccessfully to contact this supervisor through phone call at least 4 times. Each time I left a voicemail message. The last time I attempted to contact him, I contacted the service desk, and the employee who answered the phone took a written message and supposedly left it on the supervisor's desk. This phone call was at least a few weeks ago at this point. I have emailed another manager about my issue approximately a week ago, with still no response yet. I cannot help but feel like I'm being given the runaround by St Cloud Toyota. I just want the damage that occurred while my vehicle was under the care of the Toyota team to be taken care of. I don't think that's too much to ask. I've had other services performed here in the past without issue, but this occurrence and headache of an ordeal has plummeted my confidence and trust in St Cloud Toyota.
