The work was completed much earlier than expected and they even cleaned my very dirty floor mats for me. When I asked about cleaning them , he said they would if they had time and they got it done. My sales person Trevor found the perfect vehicle for me, right off the delivery truck. Perfect timing. I wasn't expecting to buy a top of the line vehicle and Tom worked out a very fair deal I couldn't pass up. One thing I will change next time I buy a car is to establish the details of the transaction and then come back the next day for paperwork. This is an industry wide thing that I find frustrating. Lots of sales people and service people and not enough people that can do the paperwork. Overall an exceptional experience. Thank you Tom, Trevor and the whole St. Cloud Toyota team!

They don’t want to sell me a car showed me these nice cars I wanted and then didn’t wanna sell me a car. I’d never go back. They deserve a -5 stars.no one has called me sell me a car and all will be good what kind of car dealer is this that refuses to sell people cars? I’ve never seen a car dealer that won’t sell cars to people. It’s just a wrong place. I think they should close for business cause they don’t want to sell cars and then the sales manager calls and lies to tell you we checked your credit, but there’s no credit checks from you guys on my credit report so you’re lying. You just didn’t wanna sell me a car
