I am very much struggling with this review. Everyone I have worked with at St. Cloud Toyota has been amazing. Lobby is clean, coffee is good, and people are great. That being said, we just had a terrible experience with our 2022 Sienna needing a sensor recalibration. The blind spot monitor and rear traffic alert were not working. I brought it in for a diagnosis and recalibration, but the calibration failed. They only charged me for the diagnostic and told me I needed a new wire harness due to corrosion. Fast forward two weeks, I'm in for the wire harness replacement, they take off the bumper, and tell me that because there is old body damage, they won't replace the wire harness and I need to go to a body shop. FIRST red flag, what did I pay to diagnose if you never took the bumper off before telling me to replace the harness? I then took it to 2 body shops that both told me the body work was fine and the sensors just needed recalibration. We call multiple mechanics who say this can only be done at the dealership. Right back to square one because the dealership won't touch it. My husband takes the rear end apart and there is NOTHING wrong with the wire harness. After talking to multiple people in the Toyota service area, one of them tells us to go to "their" body shop. We call "their" body shop, which reviews the dealerships files, and says, you just need a ADAS company, should be less than $400. So St. Cloud Toyota wanted $2k for a wire harness we didn't need, told us to go to a body shop for a full rear end reconstruction of $7k, only for the issue to be fixed with a simple sensor realignment and recalibration for $250!! Yes, people, you heard me right. Honestly, how am I supposed to trust the dealership after this experience? The ADAS company was AMAZING and everything is working perfectly again.

02/28/2026. Big thanks to The salesman Trevor who I worked with on this purchase also to the finance team. They gave me a very fair trade in price on my Silverado. Even though I was there on a Saturday, 2.5 hours later I was driving home in a “new to me” 2020 4Runner!! St.Cloud Toyota, Thank you very much for making this vehicle purchase so stress free… y’all are the pro’s pro….

The guy in the office was awesome he helped as he should and was very nice about it but the mechanics in the back were annoying. I went there to get my headlight code fixed do to an accident with the previous owner but I got talked into fixing a recall. They fixed the recall but when I got my vehicle back they did not fix the headlight I went there for and quoted me 3,000 for a headlight even though my insurance company pays for it also my car had a very unnoticeable gap in my plastic to my bumper and they had said they’d fix it and when I got it back it looked like hell, 10 times worse and now I’m gonna have to bring it back along with the headlight they never fixed. Oh yeah this all took 3 hours which they had told me 1 hour

I can’t say enough good things about St. Cloud Toyota. My sons bought his first vehicle 20 months ago and he was super excited. Fast forward to a month ago and we brought it in for a check engine light and it turns out the engine failed and needed to be replaced. It was very stressful to hear such devastating news. Mo was the service professional that we ended up dealing with and I couldn’t be happier. He was professional, courteous, and informative. He was in constant communication giving us the details as we ventured through the warranty process. This was not an easy process. St Cloud Toyota jumped through the many hoops needed to provide Toyota Corp. the pertinent information they required to get this resolved. After 2.5 weeks we got word that they were replacing the engine. St. Cloud Toyota had already proactively ordered the new engine in anticipation of the approval because they wanted to expedite the process. They received all the parts and went to work immediately. I got a call saying the truck was done almost 5 days quicker than I anticipated and it was explained to me that two service technicians stayed late until 10 pm to make sure it got finished as quick as possible. Unfortunately I don’t know their names or I would include them but I can’t thank them enough. Mo and the all the service team that helped on this made an extremely stressful situation so much much better. My son and I could not be happier and St. Cloud Toyota has gained a customer for life. Thank you!! Dave Peterson

I’m usually hesitant to go to a dealership and be put down as a woman. At St. Cloud Toyota THAT was quickly squashed. Was greeted by Carter and he was so FRIENDLY, personable, easy going, polite, not pushy! This is how a car buying experience should be…regardless. I knew what I wanted going there but wanted to touch, drive and look at all of my options. I wanted another 4 Runner. I saw the TRD Sport on the show room floor and I drove it. It had all the features I was looking for and the new iForce 2.4L 4-cylinder engine is punchy!! This feature is one that needs to be driven to understand. I was impressed with what Toyota changed. I really like the TRD sport that I can change it to 4-wheel drive instead of unlike the Limited is “all Time 4-Wheel” drive. Just one of those features I like. Once I saw, drove, touched, asked, felt…..it became mine. It is a 2025, and that was ok!! Caleb in finance ROCKS!! He was very professional and friendly and let me decide on options. He explained everything in detail as I signed my soul away. Everything at St. Cloud Toyota just fell into place with this vehicle. I’m loving my second 4 Runner and I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new/used vehicle. Thank You St. Cloud for making this experience easy and fun!
