I had done my homework and found the same SUV in a different color (but the color I really wanted anyway) and presented them with the price I was going to pay at Rochester Toyota. St Cloud matched it and we got the deal done in one day. Thanks St Cloud Toyota for making it relatively smooth. Finance guy tried to scare us into insurance at the end of transaction. Thankfully he gave up pretty quickly. No extra warranty like Rochester Toyota or Walser, but they treated us nicely and matched my offer.

We took our vehicle in last week for tire rotation. When they did their inspection they said the timing chain gasket needed to be replaced Because of a small leak. We asked if it was going to be covered under Warranty it has been over a week and we have not had a return call. Very disappointing as this is not the first time they have not gotten back to us on something.

- WZWilliam ZastrowNov 13, 20253.0Oil Change Issues I purchased my own oil & oil filter and told the attendant during check in, that they were in the trunk and were to be used for the oil change. When I got home both were still in the truck unused. Also when I got in and started the motor at Toyota, the maintenance required message had not been cleared. I was disappointed my instructions for the oil change had not been followed and that the maintenence message was not been cleared. This is the first time in over 6 years since I have been bringing my toyota vehicles to St Cloud Toyota that anything like this has happened. Other than this time I have been very happy with my customer care and service I have received from St Cloud Toyota. Thank you William Zastrow
