  The 2 individuals that were working seemed very disinterested in doing their job. They did not perform all of the regular services, like testing my lights, looking at my air filter, etc. on top of that, they were bragging about how they no-swiped/no-called their last job. They thought is was very funny that they left their last place of employment hanging, while they were extremely busy (that was the story they were telling). No professional, very disappointed. I stop at a lot of VIOC locations and this was certainly in the lower end of service.

  They had fast, quality service without needing an appointment. Besides the oil change, they checked the battery, windshield wipers and all the filters. They are close to home so it is very convenient. I was very pleased and I will go back next time for oil change and also a new battery.

  This was my first time taking my truck to this establishment for servicing. The entire experience was fantastic. The attendants were incredibly polite and helpful, going above and beyond to provide a professional and friendly service. I’ve definitely found my go-to place for caring for my family’s vehicles.

  I’m four months past expiration date on my plates and I cannot use a screwdriver because of my hands and this place exceeds kindness efficiency they do the best oil change. They always have a smile on their face. I’ve never been any place to have any service work done that people have a smile on their face and love where they work this rapid oil change in Waconia, Minnesota set a new president to any place. I’ve been in the Twin Cities and I’ve had some very poor experiences with other Valvoline I cannot think the manager enough for his kindness and always making sure my vehicle is safe for road travel they need to be an example for everybody else. Thank you.

  Eric and team always take care of me. I always have them do the oil change on my lease work vehicle through wheels! They do an excellent job of communication through the process and really go through all the recommendations! ☺️
