  Commercial customer here and just want to say so grateful for Matt and his employees. Have to say have had nearly nothing but good experiences and when there are a few rare hiccups which are bound to happen with a commerical chain like their HUB and wait times from other stores these folks always pull it off. Just a shout out to Matt the store manager, Kat, James and Joe. Orders are on time when they aren't stuck behind corporate issues n. Matt and Kat/James make it happen and Joe is quite a guy especially for the delivery drivers I've dealt with in my 30+ years in this business. Good, good people. Go ABOVE AND BEYOND would be the take home. Very fortunate to have these folks in town. Highly recommend!!

  Kat is awesome. This AutoZone in Waconia is a great location—always well stocked, with knowledgeable and genuinely friendly staff.

  Some really good people here. Customer service is 5 stars! Home Depot or Fleet Farm is usually where I'll go for other stuff but if I need parts for my wife's, daughter's or my car, this is the spot. Some employees are more knowledgeable than others but they're always kind and eager to help out (or ask for help if they aren't sure). They can get pretty busy too but the waits are short (and sometimes they're not very busy, which is great timing). Do notice some weirdo/rude customers come in there though off and on (which has never been a problem for me personally), I think that's kind of every auto store from my experience -- I dont know how the staff puts up with it, I'd lose my mind over half the stuff I've heard customers say and do -- Not a job I'd want but glad they pull it off! This and the Autozone around Minnetonka area are by far the best. Worth the trip!

  Best AZ experience, ever. I got into store, team member asked me if he could help, got help, fast. They had products I wanted, clear, clean shelves. Checkout was fast and pleasant. I was amazed and glad. So good.
