- MRM RadicalJan 5, 20261.0I was very excited when Mr. Car Wash opened in Stillwater and I bought a monthly package. Sadly, it’s been a huge disappointment. The last 3 pre-washes have been absolutely dreadful, even though my car was filthy. I spoke with the VERY young managers on duty each time & got differing ridiculous excuses about why the service was so poor. In fairness, they did offer a 2nd wash- but why can’t they get it right the first time?? I just happened to visit Mr. Car Wash in Hudson, WI and got a fabulous wash! This leads me to believe that Stillwater management is really lacking and/or simply doesn’t care about anything beyond rushing as many cars as possible through the wash. Stillwater neighbors, please visit nearby locations and you will be astonished at the dramatic improvement. In the meantime, I’m canceling my membership and joining another nearby car wash.

I have a longbed Ram 3500 which can be challenging getting in some of the other wash locations. The other thing that impressed me was that I sometimes need to ask but the attended at the entrance performed the pre wash on both sides of my truck with out me having to ask. Thank you
- JNJori NyeDec 14, 20255.0I was there around 4pm on Saturday (12/13/25) and the guys working the booth outside were so helpful, informative, and really kind, and the guy spraying off my car as I pulled in was the same, very friendly, did a really great job even in the freezing temps. It cost a little more than a Kwik Trip carwash, but so well worth it that I'll be back again and again!!!
- CCCharlieDec 10, 20255.0Been coming to Mister Car Wash for a couple years now, usually in the Hudson location. I'm incredibly pleased with the customer service in Stillwater. The washes are great and the vacuums are powerful. I went through the wash after a blizzard and not all the ice came off so an accociate approached me as I was cleaning off the remaining ice and explained that it's perfectly okay to go through again! Great location!
