- AMAnoop Mathew1 day ago1.0I have a jeep rubicon and the technician keeps turning off the brushes that clean the windshield, all the windows and sides of the vehicle. Occasionally I will ask the manager to leave the brushes on and s/he will and there has never been an issue. The manager has even said that corporate has changed the rules that the brushes need to be turned off for Jeeps but that the technicians have not been trained on this yet. Yet no one is training the technicians! It is completely unacceptable to have to pay for these car washes if the car is not getting cleaned. I have gone through the wash multiple times and still it won’t be clean without the brushes on. I have 5 vehicles with memberships and none of them are getting cleaned properly. When I first got the membership the quality was great but over time the service has dropped drastically. Very disappointed!
