  03.16 Horrible service. They left grease all over my car. Steering wheel, seat, arm rest. Asked for a clean towel to wipe it down, they gave a dirty rag. Over 1.5hrs for an oil change with only my car in the service bay. I don't recommend.

  I stopped in for routine maintenance on my fleet vehicle including an oil change, brake inspection and air filter change. The associate who helped me was very nice and personable, but the overall service was terrible. I indicated a time constraint once we got fleet approval (I had an hour to spare and indicated that I could come back a different day) and I was assured that the services wouldn't take long and I'd be able to leave in time. Unfortunately that didn't happen. My services took about 75 minutes and there were no proactive updates about what was going on, why it was taking so long or how much longer it would be. My neighbor was there at the same time and his oil change took over an hour so it wasn't just me. After I left, it became apparent that the associate didn't close the hood all of the way and although he told me verbally that he did the brake inspection, it wasn't on the invoice so my fleet company is still contacting me and telling me that I need the brake inspection. I called 5 days ago and left a voicemail asking for clarification regarding the brake inspection and no one has called me back. Maybe it was just an off day at this location but based on my experience, I will never return.

  My check engine light was on so I brought my car in. Anthony was wonderful. Very personable, took the time to research the part i needed put in. Got me in asap and was very quick and efficient. Definitely recommend, they explain everything so there are no surprises in charges or costs prior to doing any work on your vehicle. Thank you Anthony!!

  The best service and price! New manager is great! I went in for an oil change and he let me know the service recommendations but didn’t pressure me at all to have anything else done. It was very fast, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. And it is also the cheapest oil change I have gotten in years. Highly recommend!
