Even when the issue reoccurred, Bob never wavered in his commitment to make things right. He told me, “We’re in the service business, and that’s not how we do business here,” and he backed those words with consistent action. What stood out most was how seamless he made the process. When I forgot about a scheduled appointment, Bob didn’t make it an issue—he simply reminded me and still managed to secure a loaner car for me. The vehicle he provided was newer, safe, and reliable, giving me complete peace of mind. His calm demeanor, patience, and friendly attitude made every interaction pleasant. Bob Osborne exemplifies what customer service should be. He genuinely cares, goes above and beyond, and ensures that every customer feels valued and taken care of. - NGNic GainesAug 9, 20251.0Spent several days negotiating with a sales person on two pre-owned, low mileage Lincolns, but I wasn’t thrilled that they didn’t seem to either be taking me seriously, or were not interested in pushing lenders to secure a decent deal. While debating, I pulled up the carfax for them - BOTH were lemon-law buy backs, one of them being on their lot for over a year. So obviously the banks were not interested in financing these lemons. I was NOT happy to have discovered this myself, and shocked that the sales associate had multiple opportunities to inform me, and chose not to. I happily took my business elsewhere and got a great deal.
