Everyone worked together smoothly, and they had me in and out without any hassle. Special thanks to Cody, who grew up in Farmington and went to Farmington High School — he was outstanding! When I mentioned it was my first time bringing this car to Valvoline, he laughed and said, “What, seriously? ” lol — which made the experience even better. Great guy, great service, and excellent customer care all around.

Instead, I ended up with half a quart of oil sitting in my engine, which led to burning oil and burning plastic smells as I drove. When I opened the hood, I found oil splattered on my engine-and it ruined my garage floor and any spot where I parked that day. They refunded the oil change, but the manager promised he would contact me for someone to come out and clean my garage floor. That call, never happened. That was the least of my worries at that time, anyone can clean a garage floor. I wanted a professional cleaning of my engine. I was told it would be someone from their shop. Would you feel confident after this experience? No, thank you. I care to much about my vehicle. It’s now October 16-almost five weeks later-and nothing has been done. I’ve stopped in three times, called customer service six times, and still haven’t received a single callback. The manager is never there, and corporate support has been completely unhelpful. (There is no direct line to the shop) Claiming “miscommunication” each time. What a joke. I never asked for this hassle. I went in expecting basic, competent service and instead got negligence, damage, and zero follow-up. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you care about your car.
