Only my boyfriend received any communication from the tech, despite my boyfriend telling him to deal with me. The tech was an hour and a half later than the original 4 hour window. I have him on video saying that the repair on my boyfriend's vehicle went well, but mine did not. Not only does my chip look bigger than it did before, but it's already starting to spider, and somehow none of that is covered under their "warranty"? So despite having full glass coverage, they now want to charge me my deductible to fix it. If you couldn't fix the chip, you should have said so in the first place rather than leaving me to waste my time and energy to clean up your mess.
