  I have been trying to get my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo V6 AWD in for an oil change for nearly a month but have been so busy caretaking for my Grandmother with Alzheimer's that I haven't been able to get in before closing. This time, I caught a break in my schedule and went in with just over half an hour to spare. I felt so guilty about being one of "those" customers who shows up after the crew has prepared for closing time, but I was treated with calm hospitality and was not rushed at any point in my service. Hamza was in charge with 2 other guys under the bay who actually seemed eager to work! My SUV was in desperate need for almost everything as the last time the previous vehicle owner had any work done was 6 months ago... But I only had 100$ on me to get the basics. This is where Hamza really shone, and is my hero. He was able to keep the cost under that bill and still get me what I needed. He was the chillest bro. I have been coming to Valvoline for 20 years and through half a dozen cars, and Hamza proves why I keep returning. I have never once had a bad experience, no matter the crew; I've always been greeted with a smile, been kept well informed about the status of my vehicle, and have enjoyed the banter while waiting through service. And not just Hamza, but as I was pulling out, I heard the crew under the bay shout out "Thank you Sir!" I didn't know if they would hear me respond, so I honked, and I hope they get the chance to read this comment because I can't remember the last time I'd been so well taken care of and happy that I NEEDED to tell someone. I'll see you guys in another couple weeks to spend my paycheck some more! Thank you!!!

  The crew was great but I was in the shop far too long. The oil change was fine. They had a broken door so I had to back out of the stall. I was in for about 45 minutes. Unfortunately, not my best experience.

  Stopped in for a oil change that took a hour and a half, I was in stall 2, 2 other being worked on I thought ok should be a 25 mins wait turned into a hour and a half wait. told me as I pull in that I would be up next they got the 2 car done they where able to get 4 others in and out before my car was even touched for a oil change. So 6 people later I finally got out. Yes they where short handed but still kinda no excuse to get 4 others in and out before touching my car, could have at least gave me a discount for the almost 2 hours in wait but still wanted almost 140 for a oil change. I will say they were friendly people but they could have done one car at a time instead of trying to do all 3 bays at once. Next time I’ll just use my trusted one in Baxter, yes I was due for a oil change and thought should only be 30 mins tops lesson learned
