While another younger guy walked around attempting to look busy but not doiing really nothing. It tool 1 1/2 hours from time i pulled in until i pulled out. Sorry vavoline unacceptable service this is the 2nd time this has happened. Time to give another company the opportunity to show me they want my business and respect my time.
