The employees are unprofessional, their attitude toward customers is not good, and it is very difficult to communicate with them. There is a clear lack of respect for customers, and the overall experience was very disappointing. In addition, I would like to file a complaint about an employee named Matthew. He was not honest with us and was not helpful at all. His behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional. We were given incorrect information about the oil, which caused inconvenience and frustration. Furthermore, Matthew told us that the manager was not present, but we later found out that the manager was actually there. This shows a lack of honesty and transparency. We expected professionalism, honesty, and good customer service, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

She actually did not struggle with the cabin air filter- first tech to never have a problem, she is clearly skilled at her job. She was not pushy on upgrading services. I would absolutely recommend. Also- she definitely deserves a raise!
