Up-front and direct with inspection details, you'll know what is actually wrong with your vehicle. No made-up ailments or fictitious nonexistent systems to charge for. Friendly, honest staff. Wouldn't trust my vehicle with any other dealer. Sales team can be a bit excitable. Just remember, they have passion.

We were able to get to town and discovered upon inspection that one of the engine mount bolts had broken. We were able to get in touch with Alicia and Mike at Eich VW and they said that they would get us in right away with only about an hour left in their workday. The experience couldn’t have been better. The service was courteous and professional, the parts were on hand and the Techs. had the problem rectified by closing time. The price was even manageable and I am profoundly grateful to the team at Eich VW that we were able to continue on uninterrupted with our very pressing health care issues. I gave them 5 of 5 stars but I’d have gone 6 out of 5 if it were possible. This place is a gem and the team sets the gold standard for service.
